I am a breakfast person. I have a hard time functioning if I don't eat a healthy and hearty breakfast every morning. My typical weekday breakfast consists of high fiber cereal with fruit, cottage cheese with nuts or an egg white omelette loaded with veggies.
I've recently added something new to my breakfast menu rotation - KIND Healthy Grains. I recently received a generous amount of samples of KIND fruit and nut bars and healthy grains to try out. In full disclosure, my friend Sara Jane (who is also our wedding officiant) is a brand representative of the company in California.
I received a bag of the Dark Chocolate and Cranberry Clusters and the Maple Walnut Clusters with Chia and Quinoa. What I love most about the healthy grains is that they are super filling and not too sweet. I've been eating the grains as either cereal or as a topping for my cottage cheese. I also, of course, love that KIND is all natural and gluten free, and made with ingredients that I can both see and pronounce.
KIND healthy grains has been a welcome new addition to my breakfast routine. Tell me, what do you usually eat for breakfast during the week?

ooooh, those sound delicious!! i've been eating alot of oatmeal... as long as the boyfriend makes it ;)
I love breakfast. I usually eat oatmeal or some other high fiber cereal that makes me feel satisfied and ready to start my day. I also love granola, and crunchy, sweet, filling treats I can use as a topping or alone and enjoy without all the guilt. This sounds great!
Oooh...these sound good. Love the cottage cheese topping idea. For me, it's usually a bagel or toast. Boring! :)
If they make granola as good as their bars, I'm sure it's delicious. :-)

I love the sound of the dark chocolate and cranberry! I often make a batch of steel cut oats for the week and add pumpkin butter, pomegranate arils and other goodies.
I love the Kind bars, but I didn't know they made cereal... I'll have to keep an eye out for it!
I love Kind bars. They are pretty much one of the only bars I like. I usually eat yogurt for breakfast.
I usually bring a KIND bar to work with me each morning and eat it if I need to satisfy my hunger before there are thing sin the kitchen to eat. I love the dark chocolate and peanut butter one. And I am so jealous! I just saw in a magazine the other day that they have granola and want to look for it now.

The dark chocolate and cranberry sound particularly good--and, like you, I'm a breakfast person. No way I can skip it.

I'm currently obsessed with KIND bars!!! The coconut almond one is soooo good! I haven't tried their granola yet but I did notice it at the store last weekend!
I alternated between oatmeal, yogurt+fruit+nuts, or I'll buy a breakfast sandwich if I'm craving salty :)
